What to expect

• Each lesson lasts 2 hours, including a 20-minute land briefing on wave reading and paddle technique before entering the water.
• All surfboards, wetsuits, and leashes are included in the lesson fee, with sizes available for adults and children aged 8 and above.
• Participants practice in the gentle breaks of the Ionian coast, with waves typically 0.5 to 1.5 metres high during spring and autumn.
• Small group sizes are capped at 6 students per instructor, ensuring individual feedback on pop-up and balance.
• Lessons run daily from 9:00 to 18:00 between April and October, with morning sessions recommended for calmer winds.
• A post-session debrief includes video analysis of your paddle stroke and take-off, recorded on a waterproof camera.
