Surf Lessons in Lipari is a guided surfing programme based on the Aeolian island of Lipari, Sicily. The lessons take place at selected beaches around the island, with equipment provided. Qualified instructors tailor each session to the participant's skill level.
What to expect
- Sessions last 2 hours, including a 30-minute land-based safety briefing and technique demonstration.
- All equipment is included: surfboard, wetsuit, and leash, sized to your height and weight.
- You will paddle out and catch waves in the calm Tyrrhenian Sea, with the instructor in the water beside you.
- Suitable for beginners aged 8 and up, as well as intermediate surfers wanting to refine their technique.
- Groups are limited to 6 participants per instructor, ensuring individual feedback.
- Lessons are scheduled in the morning when the sea is calmest, with a post-session debrief and tips for self-practice.
