Each shop serves a standard cup of Gayo arabica (120 ml) with a small plate of fried banana or roasted peanut, included in the 25,000 rupiah tasting pass.
Visitors watch the barista roast beans in a drum roaster at the first pavilion, then grind and brew the same batch at the second and third stops.
