Paragliding in Spetses Town is a tandem or solo flight activity launched from the hills above the old harbour on Spetses Island. The flight offers a controlled descent over the Aegean Sea, with views of the town’s Venetian mansions and the pine-covered coastline. Each session lasts 15–25 minutes depending on wind conditions, and is operated by certified local pilots.
What to expect
- Tandem flights for first-timers and solo flights for licensed pilots, with a pre-flight safety briefing and harness fitting
- Takeoff from the 200-metre hill at Agia Marina, followed by a glide over the Old Harbour and the Dapia waterfront
- Flight time of 15–25 minutes, with a landing zone on the beach near the Poseidonion Grand Hotel
- Includes all equipment (wing, harness, helmet) and a GoPro video recording of your flight at no extra cost
- Suitable for adults and children over 8 years old, with a weight limit of 120 kg for tandem passengers
- Flights operate daily from 10:00 to 18:00 between April and October, subject to wind speeds under 25 km/h
