Italian island cooking centres on seafood, handmade pasta, olive oil and local wines, so a pub visit can sit alongside those culinary traditions. Flights, ferries and hydrofoils connect Sicily to the Italian mainland, and Italian is the everyday language across the island. First-time visitors to Roxanne should expect a pub that prioritises drinks and conversation over formal dining.
