Sicily's climate is Mediterranean, with hot, dry summers and milder, wetter winters, and the peak season runs June through September. Meals on the island often build on seafood, handmade pasta, olive oil and local wines, so a table here sits within that wider tradition. Italian is the everyday language across the island, and picking up a few words smooths routine exchanges. The restaurant's position in Custonaci makes it a practical stop for travellers moving between the island's western towns and the wider coastline.
