Private Chef in Modica

About this experience

What to expect

• The chef arrives at your accommodation or a pre-arranged venue with all ingredients, portable kitchen equipment, and tableware, setting up and cooking on site.
• The standard format is a four-to-six course tasting menu, typically lasting three to four hours from setup to final service.
• You can choose a menu based on seasonal Sicilian produce, including options for vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free diets, confirmed before the booking.
• The chef provides a brief introduction to each course, explaining the local origin of the ingredients and the cooking technique used.
• The service includes a dedicated waiter for the evening, handling table service and clearing between courses, so you do not lift a finger.
• This suits small groups of two to ten guests, including couples celebrating an anniversary or families hosting a private dinner in a hired villa.
