Private Chef in Lampedusa is a bespoke dining service that brings a professional chef to your holiday villa or beachside terrace on the island of Lampedusa, Sicily. The chef sources local fish, such as bluefin tuna and red prawns, from the island's morning market and cooks a multi-course meal in your kitchen. Each booking includes a personalised menu, grocery shopping, cooking, and table service, leaving you free to enjoy the evening.
What to expect
- A typical booking lasts 3 to 4 hours, including a welcome aperitif, a 4- to 6-course dinner, and chef's explanation of each dish.
- The chef arrives with all cooking equipment, fresh ingredients, and wine pairings selected from Sicilian vineyards; you only provide the dining space and table.
- You watch the chef prepare dishes like spaghetti with sea urchin, grilled swordfish, and almond granita in your own kitchen or outdoor grill.
- The service suits couples, families, or small groups of up to 10 guests, with vegetarian and gluten-free menus available on request.
- The chef cleans the kitchen fully after service, so you finish the evening with no washing-up or tidying.
