What to expect
- Guided sessions last 2 to 3 hours, including a pre-dive briefing and equipment fitting.
- Full scuba gear (BCD, regulator, wetsuit, mask, fins) and weights are provided for divers; snorkelers receive mask, snorkel, and fins.
- Dive sites include the rocky reef at the bay's southern edge, home to octopus, moray eels, and groupers.
- Snorkelers stay in shallow waters (2-5 metres) near the beach, observing starfish, sea urchins, and small schools of bream.
- Certified divers can descend to 12-18 metres to explore a small underwater cave with sponges and coral formations.
- Suitable for ages 10 and up; non-swimmers can join as boat observers, but no certification is required for the introductory dive.
