Drone Photography in Askeli is a guided aerial photography session over the coastal resort of Askeli on Poros Island, Greece. The activity launches from the Askeli waterfront and covers the bay, the pine-covered slopes, and the nearby islet of Modi. Pilots receive a pre-flight briefing on local airspace rules and a live video feed to frame shots of the shoreline and harbour.
What to expect
- Session duration is 60 minutes, including a 15-minute safety and flight-pattern briefing before takeoff
- A DJI Mavic 3 drone with a 4/3 CMOS sensor and 20-megapixel stills is provided, along with two spare batteries
- Flight path covers the Askeli beachfront, the rocky headland to the east, and the anchored yachts in the bay
- You receive a microSD card with all raw and JPEG images from the flight, transferred on-site within 10 minutes
- Suitable for solo travellers, couples, or small groups of up to three people; no prior drone licence required
- The session operates at dawn or late afternoon to capture low-angle light over the Saronic Gulf
