What to expect
- Session lasts 2.5 hours, including a 45-minute dive or snorkel at a depth of 5–12 metres for divers and 2–4 metres for snorkelers.
- All equipment (mask, fins, wetsuit, buoyancy control device, and air tank) is provided, with sizes for adults and children aged 10 and above.
- A certified instructor leads each group of up to 6 people, offering a pre-dive briefing on hand signals and local marine life.
- Sightings typically include octopus, moray eels, painted comber, and starfish among the Posidonia seagrass beds.
- The wreck of the 'Aegean Star', a cargo vessel sunk in 1985, lies at 14 metres and is visible to divers with an open-water certification.
