About this experience

Surf Lessons in Tonsai is a beginner-focused surf school located on the main beach of Tonsai Village, Koh Phi Phi. The lessons run daily from 9:00 to 11:00 and 15:00 to 17:00, using soft-top boards in waist-deep water. Each session includes a 20-minute land drill, a 90-minute water session, and a rash vest, with instructors holding Thai Surf Association certification.

What to expect

Two-hour lesson format: 20 minutes of dry-land paddle and pop-up drills, then 90 minutes in the water
