Diving & Snorkeling in Aliki is a guided underwater activity based at the fishing village of Aliki on Paros’s south coast. The activity offers access to clear Aegean waters with rocky reefs, seagrass meadows, and small caves. It operates from a local dive centre with certified instructors and rental equipment.
What to expect
- Guided sessions last 2 to 3 hours, including a 45-minute dive or 1-hour snorkel in the bay.
- All necessary gear (mask, snorkel, fins, wetsuit, and buoyancy control device) is provided and fitted on site.
- You swim over sandy patches and rocky outcrops where you may see octopus, groupers, and starfish.
- For certified divers, the route includes a small underwater cave at 8 metres depth; beginners get a shallow-water skills briefing.
- Suitable for ages 8 and up for snorkelling, and 10 and up for introductory dives with instructor supervision.
- Sessions depart from Aliki beach, with a maximum group size of 6 divers or 10 snorkellers.
