About this experience

Dance Studios in Loutra is a dance instruction venue located in the coastal village of Loutra on the island of Kythnos. It offers structured classes in Greek traditional and contemporary dance styles for residents and visitors. The studio operates in a dedicated indoor space near the harbour, with sessions led by local instructors.

What to expect

Classes run for 60 to 90 minutes, with morning and evening slots available six days a week.
Participants learn basic steps of syrtos, kalamatianos, and ballos, with live music on Friday evenings.
The studio provides dance shoes and water bottles for all attendees, and a changing room is on site.
Beginner sessions focus on footwork and rhythm, while advanced sessions cover choreographed sequences and partner work.
Suitable for adults and children aged 8 and above, with separate classes for each age group.
The facility includes a sprung wooden floor and mirrored walls, and a viewing area for non-participating guests.
