What to expect

Classes run for 60 to 90 minutes, with schedules posted at the studio entrance.
Participants learn local Kythnian folk dances, including the syrtos and kalamatianos, from trained instructors.
Sessions include warm-up exercises, step-by-step choreography breakdown, and group practice to live or recorded music.
The studio accommodates beginners and intermediate dancers, with separate groups for children and adults.
