Yoga & Wellness in Koh Yao Yai Village is a daily drop-in yoga and wellness session held in the central pavilion of Koh Yao Yai Village resort on Koh Yao Yai island. The class runs for 60 minutes each morning at 8:00, led by a certified instructor trained in Hatha and Vinyasa styles. Mats, blocks, and straps are provided, and the session ends with a 10-minute guided breathing exercise overlooking the mangrove shoreline.
What to expect
- 60-minute Hatha and Vinyasa class starts at 8:00 daily, with mats and props supplied
- Session includes a guided pranayama breathing segment facing the mangrove lagoon
- Suitable for beginners and intermediate practitioners; modifications offered for limited mobility
- Post-class coconut water and a cold towel are included in the session fee

- Located in the open-air wooden pavilion, 50 metres from the village's main pool
