What to expect
- A two-hour self-guided walking route between six cafés, including the harbour-side kiosk and the square's historic bar.
- Each stop includes a small coffee tasting and a local pastry, such as a 'bienmesabe' tart or a 'torta de guayaba'.
- Visitors receive a printed map with a short history of each café and its signature drink, from 'café bonbon' to 'barraquito'.
- The tour suits solo travellers or small groups who want a relaxed morning, with most stops offering outdoor seating.
