Yoga & Wellness in Padangbai is a daily drop-in yoga class and wellness session located in the coastal village of Padangbai, Bali. The studio sits a five-minute walk from the Blue Lagoon beach, offering a shaded open-air shala with views of the hillside. Sessions combine Hatha and Vinyasa flows with pranayama and guided relaxation, suitable for all levels.
What to expect
- Classes run for 90 minutes, with morning sessions at 8:00 and sunset sessions at 17:00, seven days a week
- Each session includes a coconut water break and a cold towel, plus use of all mats, blocks, and straps
- You will practice on a wooden platform under a thatched roof, with the sound of the nearby river and birds as background
- The class ends with a 10-minute savasana using a weighted eye pillow and a guided body scan
- Suits beginners and intermediate practitioners; the teacher adjusts poses for injuries or pregnancy
- After class, you can book a 60-minute Balinese massage at the attached wellness hut for an additional fee
