Yoga & Wellness in Tabanan is a guided yoga and holistic wellness session set in the rice-field countryside of Tabanan, Bali. The activity combines traditional asana practice with breathwork and meditation in an open-air pavilion. It is designed for travellers seeking a structured wellness break in a rural Balinese setting.
What to expect
- Session lasts 90 minutes, including a 60-minute vinyasa flow and 30-minute guided meditation.
- Includes a welcome drink of fresh coconut water and a cold towel after the practice.
- Participants practise on a wooden deck overlooking working rice paddies, with views of Mount Batukaru on clear days.
- Mats, blocks, and straps are provided; you only need to bring comfortable clothing.
- Suitable for all levels, with the instructor offering modifications for beginners and advanced poses for experienced yogis.
- The session ends with a short Balinese blessing ritual using frangipani flowers and holy water.
