Five photos accompany the listing for anyone wanting a look at the premises before arriving. The website at https://jerrysautoworks.com/ carries the workshop's own information.
Vancouver Island is mountainous and covered in temperate rainforest, and the weather stays wet and mild through much of the year. Fishing, sealing and shipbuilding shaped island communities over generations, and that maritime heritage still shows in the towns along the coast. Getting around by car is the usual approach for visitors, which makes a local workshop useful when something needs attention. Victoria and Nanaimo are the main arrival points for most travellers, with Tofino and Ucluelet further west on the island.
