Costa Adeje Street Market sets up every Thursday and Saturday from 9am to 2pm on Avenida de Bruselas in Costa Adeje, opposite the GF Gran Costa Adeje Hotel near Playa de Fañabé. Around 15 stalls sell handicrafts, clothing and jewellery aimed at the resort's tourist crowd. Bring cash, as most stallholders don't take cards. Get there before 11am for the best selection and a quieter browse. Stalls lean towards souvenirs, casual fashion, handbags, accessories and handmade jewellery. You'll also find locally made handicrafts and aloe vera products. It's a smaller market than nearby Los Cristianos, so you can cover the whole thing in under an hour. For more street markets in Costa Adeje, the Torviscas market runs on Mondays and Wednesdays. Staying in Adeje Town Centre puts you within easy walking distance of the street market, and you'll find plenty of affordable guesthouses and apartments nearby. For something more comfortable, the Gran Hotel Bahia del Duque Resort is a well-known option along the coast, just a short drive away. If you prefer to be closer to the beach while still making the trip to the market simple, Playa de Fañabé offers a good mix of hotels and self-catering places with easy access by taxi or local bus. The market runs along Avenida de Bruselas, a short walk from Playa de Fañabé and most hotels in the south Tenerife resort area. Titsa bus routes 416, 417 and 441 stop nearby. If you're driving, street parking is available along the avenue but fills up quickly on market mornings. The market runs every Thursday and Saturday from 9am to 2pm.
