About
When in Sri Lanka, Timbertek Holdings (Pvt) Limited is the local business that serves Moratuwa as a furniture store, with its premises at 162 A Koralawella Rd, Moratuwa 10400. Moratuwa sits on the island's western coast, a short distance south of Colombo, and the address places the store within this busy urban area. The business operates as a furniture store rather than a general retailer, so its stock centres on furnishings for the home and similar spaces.
Timbertek Holdings (Pvt) Limited draws customers from Moratuwa and the surrounding region, and its location along Koralawella Rd makes it reachable from the coastal route that runs through the area. A rating of 4.1 out of 5, based on 192 reviews, gives a sense of how customers have responded to the store over time. The review count places it among the more reviewed furniture businesses in the Moratuwa area, and the feedback reflects a steady local following. Colombo, the island's commercial capital, lies to the north and is one of the nearby places from which customers might travel.
The store keeps regular hours from Monday to Sunday, opening at 09:00 and closing at 19:00, so a visit can be planned across the week. Two photos are available for anyone wanting a preview of the premises before making the trip. The business also maintains a presence on Facebook, where its page can be found at https://www.facebook.com/share/1DVv7oj4zZ/?mibextid=wwXIfr.
Sri Lanka was known as Ceylon until 1972, and the island gained independence in 1948, with ancient cities at Anuradhapura and Polonnaruwa reflecting its long history. Sinhala and Tamil are the official languages, and English is widely used in administration and tourism, which helps visitors navigate the island. The island is a major producer of tea and cinnamon, and Jaffna cooking uses its own blend of spices, so meals here carry distinct regional flavours. Asian elephants, sloth bears and leopards live in national parks including Yala and Wilpattu, giving visitors reasons to travel beyond the coast.
