Camel Riding in Dapia is a guided camel ride along the coastal promenade of Dapia, the main port of Spetses. Riders mount trained camels for a slow, scenic loop past the harbour and neoclassical buildings. The activity operates daily from the waterfront, offering a novel way to see the town.
What to expect
- Rides last 15 minutes and cover a 500-metre loop along the Dapia seafront
- Each rider is accompanied by a handler who leads the camel at walking pace
- Includes a brief safety briefing and assistance mounting and dismounting
- Suitable for children aged 4 and up, with a maximum weight limit of 100 kg per rider
- You will pass the Spetses Museum and the old harbour entrance during the ride
- Camels are available for rides from 10:00 to sunset, with no booking required
