Joy Fit24
About
JOY FIT24 serves Shikoku as a fitness centre at 510番地1 Kamitenjincho, Takamatsu, Kagawa 761-8056, Japan, in the largest city on the island's northern coast. Visitors have left a 4.2 out of 5 average across 248 reviews, a substantial body of feedback for a facility of its kind.
Takamatsu anchors the Kagawa side of Shikoku and connects to Matsuyama, Kochi and Tokushima, the island's other main centres, by rail and road. The city also sits close to Naruto, a stop on the route between Takamatsu and the eastern side of the island, making the location convenient for anyone travelling across Shikoku.
The centre's position in Kamitenjincho, within Takamatsu, places it in a residential part of the city rather than a resort area. Details of the facility are published at http://joyfit.jp/takamatsu/.
Most Japanese islands have a rainy season, tsuyu, from around June to mid-July, so visitors planning outdoor activity may prefer spring or autumn. Japan's four distinct seasons bring hot humid summers and cold winters, and Shikoku's inland routes are quieter outside the holiday periods.
