Yoga & Wellness in Sardinia is a guided retreat combining daily yoga sessions with wellness activities on the island's southern coast. The programme runs for seven days and includes accommodation, vegetarian meals, and access to a private beach. Each day features two yoga classes, a meditation session, and optional hikes along the cliffs of Chia.
What to expect
- Seven-day retreat with two daily yoga classes (Hatha and Vinyasa) led by certified instructors
- All-inclusive package covers en-suite rooms, three vegetarian meals per day, and airport transfers from Cagliari Elmas
- Daily meditation sessions at sunrise on a private beach, followed by a guided coastal walk to the Torre di Chia watchtower
- Optional afternoon workshops on breathwork (pranayama) and Ayurvedic self-massage using local olive oil
- Suitable for beginners and intermediate practitioners; mats, blocks, and straps are provided on site
- Evening sound bath sessions with singing bowls held in a restored stone farmhouse overlooking the Mediterranean
