About
Restaurante Tony's serves São Miguel (Azores) as a restaurant, found at Rua Largo Teatro, 9675-036 Furnas, Portugal. The kitchen sits in Furnas, one of the island's established settlements. Diners have left 9990 reviews, a total that places the restaurant among the most reviewed on São Miguel (Azores), and the average stands at 4.3 out of 5. Portuguese cooking shapes the menu here, drawing on the fresh seafood, local cheeses, and volcanic-soil wines associated with Portugal's islands. That volume of feedback reflects a steady stream of visitors rather than a quiet local secret.
The dining room opens from 12:00-16:00 and again from 18:00-21:30, splitting the day into a lunch service and an evening sitting. Two photos accompany the listing, and the website is https://www.restaurantetonys.pt. Ponta Delgada lies among the nearby places, giving travellers a second urban base from which to reach Furnas. The address places the restaurant within Furnas itself, so the village's own streets and thermal setting form the immediate surroundings.
Portugal's islands enjoy a mild oceanic climate, which keeps the landscape green throughout the year, and summer arrives as the driest and warmest season. That pattern means outdoor plans rarely depend on a single forecast window. Portuguese is the main language spoken across the island, so a few words of it help when ordering. Direct flights from mainland Portugal and Europe serve the island, making arrival straightforward. Fresh seafood, local cheeses, and volcanic-soil wines anchor the island's table, and the restaurant's kitchen follows that tradition.
