Inez
About
Inez, on Santorini, sits in Fira 847 00, Greece, the caldera-edge town that most visitors pass through first. First-time visitors should expect a small clothing store rather than a large department store, with the address placing it squarely in Fira's main commercial quarter.
The 34 reviews behind a 5/5 rating give a clear picture of how consistently shoppers judge the store. Fira itself is the island's transport hub, and buses from Oia, Imerovigli, Firostefani, Kamari and the southern villages all terminate there, so reaching Inez from the main resorts rarely requires a car. Pyrgos, Megalochori and Emporio lie further south along the same road network.
The store trades under the name Inez in Fira, on Santorini. Greek is the main language, written in the Greek alphabet, which also appears on road signs and menus.
Visitors basing themselves in Fira for a few nights will find Inez within walking distance of the town's hotels and tavernas. Greek island cooking centres on seafood, olive oil, feta and other local cheeses, and grilled meats. The season runs roughly from May to October, with August the busiest month for ferries and beaches.
