Casa Cabello
About
Found on Puerto Rico, Casa Cabello sits at 142 C. del Parque in San Juan, 00911, placing it inside the capital rather than in the outlying resort areas. Reaching it from the main hotels is straightforward, since San Juan's urban core and the Condado and Isla Verde strips lie within the same city, and Carolina and Bayamón are close neighbours.
The venue operates as a hairdresser, with a website at http://www.casabarbeiro.com/ for those who want a sense of its work beforehand. Its reputation rests on a 4.7 out of 5 average, gathered from 299 reviews, a volume that indicates regular custom in a busy part of the city.
Casa Cabello is known for the consistency reflected in those 299 reviews, which is a substantial tally for a single salon in the capital. The address on C. del Parque puts it in a settled residential and commercial quarter of San Juan, close to the everyday life of the city rather than its tourist frontage.
Carnival parades are held across the Caribbean, some before Lent and others in the summer months, and San Juan's calendar fills with events through the year. Fish, lobster and conch feature in Caribbean cooking, often stewed or grilled with lime and pepper, so an appointment can be paired with a meal nearby. Green and hawksbill turtles nest on Caribbean beaches, and coral reefs support reef fish and spiny lobster, a reminder of what lies just off the city's coast.
