About this experience

Surf Lessons in Neorion is a structured surf coaching programme based at the beach of Neorion on Poros island. The lessons are led by certified instructors and use soft-top boards suited to beginners. Each session focuses on paddle technique, wave reading, and standing up on the board in the calm waters of the Saronic Gulf.

What to expect

Each lesson lasts 90 minutes, including 15 minutes of land-based safety briefing and board handling instruction.
All equipment is provided: surfboard, leash, and wetsuit, sized for adults and children from age 8.
You will practise in waist-deep water with a maximum group size of 4 students per instructor.
The session ends with a video replay of your attempts, reviewed on a tablet to correct your stance.
Suitable for first-timers and those who have surfed fewer than 10 times; no swimming certification required.
