Paragliding in Ponza Porto is a tandem paragliding flight departing from the cliffs above Ponza's main harbour on the island of Ponza. The flight offers a motorised or winch-launched ascent to 400 metres, followed by a 10- to 15-minute glide over the Tyrrhenian Sea and the port's colourful houses. The activity operates from a designated launch site near the port, with landings on the beach or a flat field adjacent to the harbour.
