Paragliding in Frontone is a tandem paragliding flight launched from the cliffs of Frontone, the highest point on the island of Ponza. The flight offers a guided descent over the Tyrrhenian Sea, with views of the island's coves and the Pontine archipelago. Takeoff and landing are supervised by certified pilots, with all safety equipment provided.
What to expect

- Includes a pre-flight safety briefing, full tandem harness, helmet, and a certified pilot with over 500 logged flights.
- You launch from a 120-metre cliff at Frontone and land on the beach at Cala Feola, passing over the Roman ruins of Villa di Pilato.
- Suitable for first-time flyers and those with no prior experience; minimum age is 12 years and maximum weight is 100 kg.
- Each flight is recorded with a GoPro camera, and the video file is transferred to your phone or USB stick immediately after landing.
