Meeting Point
About
Meeting Point in Phuket sits at 94 Krabi Old Phuket Town, Tambon Talat Nuea, Mueang Phuket District, Phuket 83000, Thailand.
This bar occupies a spot in Phuket Town, the island's administrative centre, away from the western beach strip. Patong, Karon, Kata, Kamala, Bang Tao, Rawai, Nai Harn and Chalong are all listed as nearby places, so the bar sits within reach of the main resort areas. A 4.4 out of 5 rating from 196 reviewers marks it as a well-reviewed spot in town. First-time visitors can expect a bar setting in the old town area rather than a beachfront location.
Phuket Town is the island's main town, and the bar's position there places it among the streets of Talat Nuea. Evening trade in the old town draws visitors from across the island.
Thai islands are reached by ferry and speedboat from the mainland, and the larger islands have airports, which makes getting to Phuket straightforward. Thai food balances sweet, sour, salty and spicy flavours, and the island's dining scene reflects that. Many Thai islands are limestone karst, with cliffs, caves and inland lagoons.
