Chim hair salon
About
Chim hair salon, on Phuket, works from 22 10 Wiset Rd in Rawai, within Mueang Phuket District. The salon sits in the island's southern reaches, in the Rawai area.
First-time visitors should expect a hairdressing appointment arranged around the salon's own schedule, with services handled on site at the Wiset Rd premises. A 4.9 out of 5 rating from 158 reviews places it among the higher-scoring salons on the island. Rawai and Nai Harn both appear among the nearby places, so the salon is reachable from the southern resort areas without crossing the whole island. Guests staying in Patong or Kata can also make the trip down the west coast road.
The wider island context matters for planning: rainfall patterns differ across Thai islands, with the Andaman coast wettest from May to October and the Gulf coast wettest late in the year, so Phuket's wetter months fall in that May to October window. Songthaew pickup trucks and motorbike taxis are common forms of local transport in Thailand, which helps visitors get to Rawai without driving. Thai is the national language, written in its own script, and it is tonal, so pitch changes word meaning, though salons in visitor areas usually manage simple English.
Chalong, Kamala and Bang Tao round out the nearby places, giving visitors from several island areas a route to the salon. The 158 reviews behind the 4.9 rating suggest a steady stream of returning clients. Rawai's position at the island's southern tip keeps the salon within reach of Nai Harn and the surrounding beaches.
