The studio's own page sits within the CCS wellness section, at http://www.ccshideaway.com/wellness/yoga-classes.htm, where the yoga classes are set out.
Opening hours run daily and are published for anyone planning a first session. The website carries the studio's class information alongside its scheduling. Karon, where the studio is based, is one of the beach areas along Phuket's western shore.
Phuket's tropical climate keeps temperatures warm and humidity high through the year, so mornings often suit practice better than the heat of midday. The Andaman coast, where Phuket sits, sees its heaviest rain from May to October, which is worth weighing when booking a trip. Thai cooking relies on fish sauce, shrimp paste, coconut milk, lemongrass and chillies, with rice at the centre of most meals.
