Cocktail Masterclass in Perhentian Besar is a hands-on mixology session held at a beachfront bar on the Perhentian Islands. Participants learn to craft three classic cocktails using local tropical fruits and premium spirits. The class is led by an experienced bartender and concludes with a tasting of each creation.
What to expect
- 90-minute session for up to 8 participants, starting at 4 PM daily
- Includes all ingredients, bar tools, and a printed recipe card for each cocktail
- Learn to shake, stir, and garnish a Mojito, a Passionfruit Daiquiri, and a signature island Spritz
- Use fresh coconut water and locally grown pandan leaves in one of the recipes
- Suitable for beginners and those with some cocktail knowledge; minimum age 18 years
- Each participant receives a complimentary welcome drink on arrival
