Urban Suites
About
On Penang, Urban Suites is a local business serving as an apartment at 1, Lintang Hajjah Rehmah 1, Jelutong, 11600 George Town, Pulau Pinang, Malasia. First-time visitors should expect self-contained apartment accommodation rather than hotel-style services, with the Jelutong address placing it south of the George Town core. The property sits within the broader George Town area, so arrivals should plan for a residential neighbourhood setting rather than a resort strip.
Guests booking Urban Suites stay in an apartment category property, and the 3.4 out of 5 score drawn from 1095 reviews gives a clear picture of how previous visitors have responded. That review volume is substantial for an apartment in this part of Penang, which means feedback is well established rather than thin. The website at https://alvsuites.com/ carries the property's own information for anyone comparing options before booking.
Five photos are available for a preview of the apartment. The address 1, Lintang Hajjah Rehmah 1, Jelutong, 11600 George Town, Pulau Pinang, Malasia is the point to give to a driver. Jelutong sits within George Town's administrative area.
Penang's tropical climate keeps days warm and humid, and the west-coast islands see their driest stretch from about December to April, which suits visitors planning outdoor days. Malaysian island food blends Malay, Chinese and Indian influences, with fresh seafood and rice forming the base of most meals, so eating out around Jelutong is straightforward. Flights, ferries and road bridges connect Malaysia's islands to the mainland, and Malay and English are the main languages spoken. George Town, Batu Ferringhi, Gurney Drive, Penang Hill, Balik Pulau, Tanjung Bungah, Teluk Bahang and Georgetown Heritage all sit within reach of the address.
