About this experience

Language Schools in Loggos are educational institutions offering Greek language courses in the village of Loggos on Paxos island. These schools provide structured lessons for foreigners seeking to learn or improve their Greek while immersed in local culture. Classes are held in small groups or one-on-one sessions, typically in traditional village buildings.

What to expect

Courses range from one-week intensive programs to semester-long study, with 2-4 hours of instruction per day.
Lessons cover conversational Greek, grammar, and reading, using local texts and everyday scenarios from Paxos life.
Small class sizes of 3-8 students ensure individual attention from native-speaking instructors.
Materials include textbooks, audio recordings, and guided walks through Loggos to practice vocabulary in real settings.
Suitable for beginners to advanced learners, with placement tests on the first day to assign appropriate levels.
Some schools offer cultural activities such as cooking classes or village tours as part of the programme.
