About this experience

Dance Studios in Lakka is a dance school located in the harbour village of Lakka on Paxos island. It offers structured dance classes for adults and children in a dedicated studio space near the waterfront. The studio focuses on traditional Greek dance and contemporary styles, with sessions led by qualified instructors.

What to expect

Classes run for 60 to 90 minutes, with morning and evening slots available from June to September.
Each session includes a warm-up, technique drills, and a choreographed routine taught step by step.
Participants learn traditional Paxiot dances such as the syrtos and kalamatianos, with live music on Friday evenings.
The studio provides dance shoes and water bottles for all attendees, so no personal equipment is needed.
Suitable for beginners and intermediate dancers aged 8 and above, with separate children's and adult groups.
Group sizes are capped at 12 people, ensuring individual attention from the instructor during each class.
