Surf Lessons in Parikia is a structured surf school activity based on the beach at Parikia, the main port of Paros. The lessons are led by certified instructors and use the consistent north-facing waves of the Aegean Sea. Each session focuses on board control, paddling, and wave timing for beginners and intermediate surfers.
What to expect
- Two-hour group or private lesson on Parikia Beach, with all surfboards, wetsuits, and leashes provided.
- Warm-up and land-based technique drill before entering the water, covering stance, paddling, and pop-up.
- In-water coaching with a maximum of 4 students per instructor for group sessions.
- Suitable for first-timers aged 8 and above; non-swimmers can use a soft-top board with a leash in shallow water.
- Includes a post-session video review of your pop-up and wave-riding form on a tablet.
- Lessons run daily from 10:00 to 18:00, with a 24-hour cancellation policy for full refund.
