Surf Lessons in Mousatos is a structured surf school programme based on the beach at Mousatos, Paros. The lessons run daily from June to September, with sessions tailored to beginner and intermediate surfers. Each lesson includes a certified instructor, a soft-top surfboard, and a wetsuit, with a maximum of four students per instructor.
What to expect
- Sessions last 90 minutes, starting with a 20-minute land-based technique drill before entering the water.
- All equipment is provided: a 9-foot soft-top board, a 5/3mm wetsuit, and a leash, sized to your height and weight.
- You will practise paddling, pop-up, and wave-catching in the gentle, waist-deep shore break at Mousatos beach.
- Suitable for ages 8 and up; non-swimmers can join with a parent in the water.
- Each lesson ends with a video review of your last three rides, with slow-motion analysis of your stance.
- Group lessons are priced at 45 euros per person; private one-to-one lessons cost 70 euros.
