Campsites in Mushroom Bay is a beachfront camping ground on the western shore of Nusa Lembongan, directly behind the white-sand cove and calm swimming waters. The site offers basic tent pitches with shared bathroom facilities and a small warung serving local meals and cold drinks. Campers sleep under coconut palms with the sound of waves, and the bay's reef break is a short paddle from the shore.
What to expect
- Tent pitches are set on compacted sand under coconut palms, each with a 3x3 metre footprint and access to a shared cold-water shower block
- The campsite includes a communal fire pit lit at dusk, with firewood provided and seating for up to 12 campers
- A warung on site sells Indonesian staples like nasi goreng, mie goreng, and fresh grilled fish from 7am to 9pm
- Campers can walk 50 metres to Mushroom Bay's calm swimming area, which is sheltered by the reef and suitable for children
- The site is a 15-minute walk from the Yellow Bridge to Ceningan, and a 20-minute scooter ride to Devil's Tear cliff viewpoint
- Camping is permitted for a maximum of three consecutive nights, with check-out by 10am and no on-site equipment rental
