Nightclubs in Negros are the province's after-dark social hubs, located primarily in Bacolod City and Dumaguete. These venues feature live DJs, local bands, and dance floors that cater to both residents and travellers. The scene mixes Filipino hospitality with high-energy music, making it a central part of Negros's nightlife.
What to expect
- Most clubs open at 10 PM and stay busy until 3 AM, with peak crowds on Friday and Saturday nights.
- Entry fees range from 200 to 500 Philippine pesos, often including one free drink or a welcome shot.
- You will hear a mix of Vispop, OPM, and EDM, with live acoustic sets on weeknights in smaller lounges.
- Dress code is smart casual; shorts and slippers are refused at Bacolod's upscale venues.
- Bottle service is available for groups of six or more, with prices starting at 2,500 pesos for local spirits.
- The scene suits travellers aged 21 to 40 who want to dance, socialise with locals, or watch live cover bands.
