Wine Tasting in Mahón is a guided tasting session held in the cellars of a historic 18th-century building in the centre of Mahón, Menorca. Participants sample five local wines, including the island's signature blanc de blancs and a red from the Binifadet estate, paired with Mahón cheese and olives. The session runs for 90 minutes and is led by a sommelier who explains the island's viticultural history and the specific grape varieties grown in Menorca's calcareous soils.
