Square Mall
About
For a local business in Mauritius, Square Mall is a shopping mall at MFQP+J9C, Vacoas-Phoenix, Mauritius. The address places it in Vacoas-Phoenix, an inland town in the centre of the island.
Square Mall is known as a shopping destination, and its website, http://www.dreamprice.mu/, points to the retail offer inside. First-time visitors can expect a covered complex of shops rather than a single store. A score of 4 out of 5 from 286 reviews shows that many shoppers have recorded their impressions.
The listing carries 4 photos of the premises. The website provides a starting point for planning a visit around opening hours.
Reaching Square Mall from the main resorts and towns is practical because Mauritius is a compact island with a road network linking the coast to the interior. Port Louis lies to the north, while Grand Baie, Flic en Flac and Belle Mare sit along the coasts, so a trip inland fits a wider itinerary. Mauritian Creole is the most widely spoken language, and Rodrigues has its own related Creole. The island and Rodrigues share a tropical maritime climate, warm all year and cooled by the southeast trade winds. Dholl puri, a flatbread filled with split peas, is a popular street food. Mauritius was a Dutch, then French, then British colony, and became independent in 1968.
