About
Meet Alchemy, a local business in Mallorca, occupying a spot at Plaça Major, 9, 07650 Santanyí, Illes Balears. The venue sits on the main square of Santanyí, placing it within the town's central square rather than the island's coastal resort strip. Its position in the southeast of Mallorca puts it within reach of the island's main centres, including Palma, Alcúdia, Magaluf, Cala d'Or, Port d'Alcúdia, Santa Ponsa, Puerto Pollença and Cala Millor.
As a local business, Alchemy operates at a fixed address that gives it a steady presence in Santanyí. A score of 4.3 out of 5, compiled from 1094 reviews, reflects how those who have stopped by tend to judge the place. Such a large body of feedback points to a steady flow of customers, and the business's standing comes from being a local enterprise rather than from size or show. Its online presence is anchored by a website at http://alchemysantanyi.com/, where further details about the venue are hosted.

Anyone heading to Mallorca for the first time will find the Balearic Islands wrapped in a Mediterranean climate, with summers that are hot and dry and winters that stay mild, while June through September marks the busiest stretch of the year. Fresh seafood, sobrasada sausage and ensaimada pastries form the backbone of meals on the islands, with local wines from the islands' vineyards. The Balearics are served by frequent flights from across Europe and ferry routes from mainland Spain, while Spanish and Catalan are the main languages spoken across the islands. Palma is another major city on Mallorca, offering a contrast to Santanyí for those extending their stay.
