Live Music in Alcúdia is an open-air concert series held in the town's main square in Alcúdia, Mallorca. The programme features local and international bands performing rock, pop, jazz, and traditional Mallorcan music. Performances run from June to September, with shows starting at 21:00 and lasting approximately two hours.
What to expect
- Free entry to all concerts, with seating on the square's stone steps and café terraces
- A rotating line-up of 12 different acts per season, including a weekly flamenco guitar duo
- Each performance includes a 20-minute interval with access to nearby tapas bars and gelato stands
- Family-friendly atmosphere with a dedicated children's dancing area in front of the stage
- Concerts are amplified but capped at 85 decibels to respect the adjacent 16th-century church
- The final Friday of each month features a Mallorcan bagpipe and drum ensemble in traditional dress
