About this experience

Learn the art of cocktail-making in the laid-back coastal setting of Playa de Muro. This masterclass invites guests to mix, shake, and garnish like a pro while soaking up the Mediterranean vibe. Led by a local mixologist, the session reveals the secrets behind classic Spanish cocktails and island-inspired creations. Playa de Muro provides the perfect backdrop for a hands-on experience that blends skill with relaxation.

Participants start with a welcome drink and an introduction to essential tools and techniques. The class covers muddling fresh herbs, balancing flavors, and mastering the perfect pour. Each guest crafts three cocktails, from a zesty gin and tonic to a signature mojito with a Mallorcan twist. The intimate setting encourages questions and personalized tips.

Beyond the recipes, the masterclass offers insight into the island's cocktail culture and local ingredients. Learn why hierbas, a traditional liqueur, pairs so well with citrus, or how local honey brightens a daiquiri. This is not a touristy show—it is a genuine skill-building session for anyone who loves craft drinks.

By the end, guests leave with a recipe card, a new appreciation for mixology, and the confidence to host their own cocktail night. Whether traveling solo or with friends, this Playa de Muro experience turns a simple evening into a memorable highlight of any Mallorca trip.
