What to expect
- Each lesson runs for 90 minutes, including a 15-minute shore-based technique tutorial and 75 minutes of in-water practice.
- The session includes a soft-top surfboard, leash, and reef-safe sunscreen, with wetsuits available for cooler mornings.
- You will paddle out to a sandbar at waist depth, where waves break at 0.5 to 1 metre, allowing standing rides within the first 20 minutes.
