The studio provides instruction in multiple styles, from ballet to Latin rhythms, for children and adults. What to expect

Group classes last 60 to 90 minutes, with a 10-minute warm-up and cool-down included in each session.
Participants receive individual technique corrections from instructors trained in classical ballet and contemporary dance.
The studio has a sprung wooden floor and full-length mirrors, reducing joint strain and aiding alignment practice.
Beginner courses cover basic posture, footwork, and rhythm, while advanced sessions focus on choreography and performance sequences.
Classes suit ages 6 and up, with separate sessions for juniors (6-12), teens (13-17), and adults (18+).
