Coffee Shops in Agulo is a guided tasting tour of the island's coffee culture in the northern municipality of Agulo, La Gomera. The activity takes visitors to two or three local cafés where baristas explain the origin of beans and the traditional brewing methods used on the island. Each stop includes a sample cup and a small pastry, with the tour lasting about two hours on foot.
What to expect

- Tasting of four different coffee preparations, including a local 'café de olla' brewed with cinnamon and cloves
- Each participant receives a 200-millilitre sample cup and a slice of almond cake at the final stop
- Baristas demonstrate the use of a traditional cloth filter and a brass ibrik, with commentary on Canarian coffee history
- Suitable for small groups of up to eight people, with a maximum walking distance of 1.5 kilometres on paved streets
